Our unique non-alcoholic cider with ginger flavour. We prepare it using the "Cold brew" technique - this means that we infuse the herbs directly in the fermentation tank with the beverage. In this way, we achieve a subtle flavouring of our apple base. The alcohol content is < 0.5%.
